Moneycorp is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to support staff globally from our Stamford, CT office. The role combines desktop and device support with access management, incident handling, and user training.

It offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities for growth within a dynamic global payments technology environment. You will troubleshoot across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, participate in onboarding/offboarding, and work with M365 and security tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years+ experience in IT Support.
• Knowledge of Windows 11 with basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to support iOS devices; familiarity with MDM is a plus.
• Awareness of Intune and endpoint security concepts.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear communication.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues across devices and systems.
• Manage incidents and requests per SLAs and keep users informed.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and secure access management.
• Handle access requests across M365 and internal apps.
• Monitor key systems and raise issues proactively.
• Contribute to documentation and self-service knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
