Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Associate, Desktop Technician based in the United States. The role provides high-level technical support across a global desktop environment for 400+ users in a fast-paced financial services setting.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and infrastructure-related issues across office and remote environments, including servers, storage, networking, and telephony.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology support within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure applications and administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy, Citrix administration and support, Intune, and SCCM.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level email, desk-side, and telephone support to 400 users across multiple offices and remote locations.
• Set up, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, support, and maintain software applications including Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Citrix, and other financial platforms.
• Provide guidance related to servers, storage, networking, telephony, and other IT systems.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and daily job errors promptly.
• Respond to user requests with high customer service standards.
• Participate in rotating schedules for weekend and on-call support.
