Job summary
Moneycorp, a global payments company, seeks an IT Service Desk Engineer to support staff worldwide from our Stamford hybrid office. The role covers desktop and device troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, and access management, with a rotation late shift (10:30am-7:00pm) about every three weeks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT.
- 1–2+ years of IT support experience.
- Experience with Windows 11 and macOS.
- Familiarity with MDM tools, Intune and endpoint security.
- Basic scripting and Power Automate; some Power BI familiarity.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support and deliver friendly, responsive service.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage incidents and service requests per SLAs and keep users informed.
- Support onboarding/offboarding and secure access management.
- Handle access/permission requests across M365 and internal systems.
- Monitor key systems and contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
