Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites in our RFM organization. You will standardize IT processes, drive technology improvements, and align IT strategies with site goals.

The role requires building a distributed team, enforcing security and compliance, managing budgets, and mentoring site IT Managers to ensure consistent operations across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10 years IT management experience across multi-site environments.
• Expert knowledge of NIST 800-171 and CMMC readiness auditing.
• Proven ability to implement standardized IT processes across locations.
• Hands-on networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise systems expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive uniform IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites with standardized policies and procedures.
• Lead complex IT projects across sites, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Set and track KPIs for IT performance, uptime, efficiency, and security compliance.
• Oversee budgets and licensing compliance; allocate resources strategically.
• Mentor site IT Managers and foster collaboration across locations.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for cost-effective contracts and timely support.
• Encourage adoption of new technologies to add business value.
