Job summary

Advanced Filtration Systems, Inc. seeks a Global Technology & IT Security Manager to lead a small, skilled team delivering infrastructure, ERP development, BI and IT security across US and EU locations. This hands-on role reports to the General Manager and shapes major IT initiatives.

You will manage budgets, enforce ITIL/NIST/CIS frameworks, oversee incident response and disaster recovery, and lead vendor relationships while fostering collaboration between US and European plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field; 8–10 years IT experience with 3–5 years supervisory.
• Experience implementing ITIL, NIST and CIS frameworks.
• Experience with multi-country deployments preferred.
• Ability to read and translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong budget management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, development, security, and maintenance of global IT systems, software, and services.
• Align IT plans with business goals; own global IT budget.
• Proactively engage business to optimize technology use.
• Maintain IT and Cybersecurity policies; manage vulnerability program.
• Own IT Change Management and system integrations.
