Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with the Microsoft Tech stack and Services.
• Experience managing IT service delivery across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication skills with high-level advisors and MSP stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, validate and oversee the implementation projects.
• Balance 30% project management, 30% overseeing implementation, 40% readiness of environments.
• Develop repeatable processes and ensure they are locked down.
• Travel to go-lives across multiple cities as needed.
