D-ploy is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our international team and help attract top IT and engineering talent across the USA and beyond. You will screen and qualify candidates, manage the end-to-end process, build relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and leverage networks on LinkedIn, Xing, and job boards.

Fluent English is required; German is a plus, and a proactive, resilient attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience (IT/engineering preferred)
• Fluent English required; German a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to source passive and active candidates across multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Screen and qualify candidates and present qualified ones to hiring managers
• Support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Headhunt and map the market to create new business opportunities
• Coordinate with hiring managers, agencies, and candidates to ensure a smooth process
