Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in competency management, learning & development, or related HR roles.
• Experience with global teams or diverse working environments.
• Strong knowledge of capability management, competency frameworks, workforce skills development, career architecture, and workforce planning methodologies.
• Experience building and governing competency or skills frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency with HR technology platforms including Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Support competency framework establishment to build and maintain competency library for enterprise and functions with SMEs.
• Support HR teams to implement development frameworks as competency SME.
• Design and implement competency assessment frameworks to evaluate workforce capabilities and identify skill gaps.
• Analyze capability assessment data and provide insights to support workforce priorities.
• Create SOPs and materials for governance of processes.
• Apply competency framework methodology in a fit-for-purpose way.
• Implement globally standardized JDs into functions as competency SMEs.
• Contribute to Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) initiatives and region alignment.
