Job summary

Omega Systems seeks a Project Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery in a hybrid/remote environment. You will translate SOWs into actionable plans, coordinate with engineers, CSMs, account managers, and clients, and ensure on-time, on-budget results with clear, business-friendly reporting.

Strong PMP foundation and 5+ years in technical projects are required. You will manage priorities across multiple clients, use MS Project/Smartsheet, and travel occasionally for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• PMP certification with 5+ years managing technical projects.
• Experience consolidating multiple projects into program level plans.
• Technical literacy across cloud, networking, virtualization, and server tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Able to travel occasionally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from SOW to closeout with milestones and change control.
• Consolidate and prioritize concurrent projects across accounts into program roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to align scope and schedules.
• Manage resource assignments and monitor workload to meet SLAs.
• Produce regular status updates, dashboards, and risk/issue logs.
