Job summary

Partner's Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle-based transformation in the Philadelphia area. The role coordinates multiple projects, drives governance, and aligns stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives for operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in program management, extensive Oracle Cloud experience, and strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills in highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project and program management experience.
• Oracle Cloud implementation project experience.
• Oracle Utilities CCS/WACS/CC&B ecosystem experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology, business transformation, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong PMO methodologies, governance, portfolio management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program with multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and manage PMO governance processes, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and project status meetings.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
