Responsibilities

Lead large-scale technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and resources.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
Manage implementation processes, including testing, documentation, training, and change control.
Collaborate across teams to assess dependencies, remove roadblocks, and address constraints impacting delivery.
Establish and drive program governance, including milestones, risk mitigation plans, and executive-level reporting.
Monitor program health metrics to ensure quality and timeliness.
Conduct project closeout assessments and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
