Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Manage IT and digital transformation projects for manufacturing, supply chain, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with global teams (US, Ireland, Philippines, Asia) to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and influence GO&T team members from multiple levels in the organization. Keeps team focused on critical project goals and initiatives
• Responsible for delivering multiple projects on-time, on-budget and with desired business results.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable results.
• Support the development of team capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
