Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Irving, TX seeks a seasoned transformation program leader to drive end-to-end PMO services for large IT transformations. You will orchestrate multi-workstream delivery, align business and IT, and enable value realization across complex programs with senior stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 15-20+ years in transformation consulting or program leadership, with strong governance and vendor management capabilities in a global setting.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of experience in transformation consulting or program leadership.
• Ability to operate at senior levels, including executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with PMO tooling ecosystems (Jira, Planview, DevOps or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large IT implementations across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on program execution and governance.
• Establish and run program governance structures, including executive steering and decision forums.
• Drive integrated planning and orchestration, ensuring alignment across business and IT.
• Oversee vendor and stakeholder coordination, managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Lead program performance management, including financials, value realization, and delivery outcomes.
