In this senior role, you will shape supply chain strategies, partner with sales, manufacturing, and marketing, and coach a high-performing team to improve cycle times, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning; 8+ with a Master; 6+ with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand demand signals and forecast accuracy, translating these into actionable delivery plans.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize cycle times, reduce risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide regular, data-driven insights to senior leadership on supply chain performance, inventory health, and delivery risks to influence decision-making.
• Partner with internal business units, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to align on shared goals and respond rapidly to market changes.
• Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing global planning team, fostering collaboration and modeling Intel's values.
