Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the United States seeks a senior SAP Program Lead to own end-to-end transformation initiatives across multi-country deployments. The role requires guiding complex programs from inception to completion, aligning IT, business changes, and stakeholders for successful delivery.

You will drive governance, risk management, and value realization with senior executives involved in multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of Big 4/Consulting experience.
Experience leading challenging business transformation programs with delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
Lead at least 3 SAP S/4 Greenfield transformation programs (multi-country).
Willingness to travel internationally for project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
Ensure delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
Manage geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
