Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale technology programs aligned with business objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Oversee implementation, testing, documentation, training, and change control for project success.
• Coordinate across teams to identify dependencies and remove delivery blockers.
• Establish program governance with milestones, risk plans, and executive reporting.
• Monitor program health metrics to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Conduct closeout reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
