Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 4+ years leading teams.
• Strong foundation in IT operations (infrastructure, cloud, security) and in business partnering and digital strategy.
• Experience with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent) and CRM (Salesforce or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global IT and digital transformation roadmap.
• Align technology investment with business growth priorities.
• Establish IT governance, policies, and operating standards across a global footprint.
• Own and optimize a live enterprise application portfolio (ERP, CRM, manufacturing/engineering and supply chain systems, BI platforms).
• Drive data governance and architecture initiatives and executive dashboards.
