Amazon is seeking a senior IT operations leader to manage a national team of IT professionals supporting Amazon Operations. You will guide infrastructure builds, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with site leadership to deliver reliable technical support across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Inclusively hire, train, and develop a team of IT professionals.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
• Interact with management to provide technical assistance for IT solutions.
• Maintain positive relationships with operational partners and staff.
• Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise daily IT support activities.
• Monitor service levels to meet SLA targets for the team.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes.
• Oversee management of equipment and parts inventory.
• Travel up to 30%.
