Job summary

Life Unlimited at Smith+Naphew is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to act as the strategic liaison between IT and Global Operations Leadership, Strategy and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. The role focuses on building partnerships, understanding business needs, and developing a shared technology roadmap aligned with Smith+Naphew's strategy.

You will manage enhancement ideas from concept to delivery, handle escalations, and ensure operational excellence across IT and supply chain

Qualifications

10+ years in IT or Supply Chain/Operations with at least 5 years in Business Relationship or IT Program Leadership.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration or related; Master's preferred.
Ability to articulate IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration.
Travel: less than 50%.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic liaison between IT and Global Operations Leadership, Strategy and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
Build strong partnerships, understand business needs, and develop a technology roadmap.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and prioritize enhancements.
Guide initiatives from concept to delivery with IT support.
