First Quality is seeking an IT Business Relationships Manager to align IT solutions with business goals and drive digital transformation across its manufacturing footprint. The role focuses on improving efficiency, enabling data analytics, and promoting innovative technologies.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, prioritize IT work, and oversee projects from planning through deployment. Strong BRM and ITPM experience in CPG is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business relationship management or IT project management in a manufacturing/CPG setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in or supporting a manufacturing or CPG environment preferred.
• Bridges IT and business functions to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with SAP, MES, or AI/ML analytics systems; knowledge of IoT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between First Quality leadership and IT, shaping IT roadmaps.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into IT strategies and solutions.
• Prioritize IT work and align projects with division goals and timelines.
• Promote adoption of technologies (ERP, data analytics, IoT) to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Oversee project execution, manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead change management with training and communication to minimize operational disruption.
• Define KPIs to measure IT impact on production uptime, cost reduction, and time-to-market.
