Job summary

First Quality is seeking an IT Business Relationships Manager to align IT solutions with division goals in a CPG manufacturing environment. You will bridge IT and business, drive digital transformation, and manage stakeholder relationships to improve manufacturing processes and product development.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in BRM/IT projects, experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of SAP/MES/AI analytics.

Qualifications

5+ years in BRM/IT project mgmt or similar role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years in or supporting manufacturing/CPG environment.
Proven BRM bridge between IT and business with measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with IT systems used in CPG manufacturing (SAP, MES, AI/ML/Analytics).
Knowledge of AI, ML, or Industrial IoT.
Basic cybersecurity and data governance understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team-building and motivational abilities.
Ability to lead during crises and handle multiple priorities.
Six-sigma lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
Technical understanding of IS/IT concepts and systems.
Strategic thinking for CPG manufacturing.
Customer-service oriented, collaborative mindset.
Adaptability to evolving tech trends.

Responsibilities

Act as primary liaison for IT leadership and division objectives within CPG manufacturing.
Translate business requirements into actionable IT strategies and solutions.
Prioritize IT work ensuring alignment with division needs and IT capacity.
Promote adoption of IoT, automation, ERP, and data analytics technologies.
Oversee IT projects, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead change management with training and clear communication.
Define KPIs to measure IT impact on production and time-to-market.
Identify and mitigate IT-related risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Gather stakeholder feedback for continuous IT service improvements.
Coordinate incident response and resource mobilization during critical incidents.
