Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Senior Business Relationship Manager to lead strategic partnerships with business executives and senior management, guiding IT initiatives through demand, planning, and delivery. You will translate business goals into BRM strategy, educate partners on technology opportunities, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver value.

Key qualifications include 5+ years influencing senior leadership and a BRMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in roles involving direct interaction with senior leadership.
• BRMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in roles with senior leadership interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own and cultivate strategic relationships between the BRM function and partners to stimulate demand and drive value.
• Develop deep domain knowledge of partner organizational functions and establish cross-functional relationships.
• Educate partners on the BRM purpose, emphasizing powerful communication and effective collaboration.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate and shape initiatives for strategic value.
• Focus on value creation over solutions, identifying new opportunities through industry trends.
• Monitor initiative progress, ensuring alignment with expectations and strategic objectives.
• Validate that organizational purpose supports desired results through business case development and financial awareness.
• Strategize with partners to create future roadmaps that converge organizational strategic direction into unified objectives.
• Collaborate actively in maturing the BRM discipline and developing best practices.
• Evolve BRM artifacts, including Strategic Relationship Plans, Value Plans, and other key documents.
