Smiths Detection is seeking an IT Business Partner who will act as the strategic interface between IT and business units in the United States. The role focuses on shaping multi-year roadmaps, translating business strategy into technology opportunities, and ensuring IT delivers measurable value across programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in IT partnering or senior business analysis, excels at stakeholder management, and can align IT delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at senior leadership level.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable technology plans.
• Solid understanding of IT delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership & stakeholder management with senior leaders.
