Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Systems or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT business partnering or senior analysis/consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable tech plans and roadmaps.
• Solid understanding of PMO processes, governance, and stage-gate controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for designated business units.
• Translate business strategies into technology opportunities and roadmaps.
• Shape multi-year roadmaps and maintain accurate IT portfolio views.
• Ensure high-quality IT services and manage service performance and SLAs.
