Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Service Delivery Senior Manager to lead diverse operations teams and drive service delivery across IT infrastructure and applications. The role involves interviewing, hiring, and managing personnel, plus regular client communications on progress and performance.

You will collaborate with sales for growth, develop roadmaps with stakeholders, and ensure capacity plans align with demand while maintaining high standards of service and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years’ related experience.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple teams and deliver complex IT projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to diverse operations teams.
• Report delivery metrics and performance to customers.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and service improvement activities.
• Drive client meetings on delivery performance, quality, and processes.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Client teams to support growth and roadmaps.
• Define product roadmaps with SMEs and translate to user stories or RFPs.
