Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an IT Services Delivery Lead to oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensure SLAs are met, and drive continuous improvement across multi-site locations. You will lead technical teams, manage client relationships, and govern asset lifecycle and ITSM tooling.

You will partner with leadership to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability of IT operations, delivering reliable services and actionable operational data to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations or IT service delivery leadership.
• 3+ years leading technical teams with performance management.
• Experience managing service delivery in multi-site environments.
• Strong experience with ITSM, SLAs, KPIs, ticket queues, escalations, and service metrics.
• Experience with endpoint lifecycle, asset management, inventory, and technical support operations.
• Ability to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement and automation.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery across locations, manage SLAs, incidents, requests, and backlog.
• Coach and develop technical support and IT operations teams.
• Act as primary client and stakeholder contact for service reviews and escalations.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Develop and report on KPIs and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Manage technical projects from planning to implementation and transition to operations.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation across IT operations.
• Oversee ITSM, ticketing, asset management, endpoint management, and reporting platforms.
