Job summary

Polaris Inc. is hiring an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist in Fernley, NV. The role supports end-users across offices, manufacturing sites, and distribution centers, providing hands-on desktop and device support and assisting global IT teams.

You will manage tickets, administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365, maintain equipment, and help drive enterprise service desk initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year of enterprise help desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS.
• Experience configuring and maintaining laptops/desktops in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize daily work based on Worldwide Service Desk issues.
• Record tickets in ServiceNow and track time.
• Provide rapid-response IT support for users across locations.
• Support laptops, desktops, handheld scanners, printers, and other tech.
• Administer AD and M365 user accounts and objects.
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support as needed.
