Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to deploy and support systems used by employees across offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

You will provide end-user support and help maintain devices, applications, accounts, and workplace technology. The role includes local support for corporate tier 3 IT teams, participation in after-hours on-call, and exposure to enterprise infrastructure across multiple environments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in an enterprise help desk setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize daily work based on Worldwide Service Desk issues.
• Record tickets and track time in ServiceNow.
• Provide rapid-response technology support for users at multiple sites.
• Support laptops, desktops, handheld scanners, printers, and other equipment.
• Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user objects.
• Offer local hands-on support to corporate tier 3 IT teams across locations.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support as required.
