Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to deploy and support systems used by Polaris corporate employees in a global enterprise.

You will provide onsite deskside support, manage incidents in ServiceNow, and assist Tier 3 IT teams across locations. Expect exposure to enterprise hardware, Microsoft platforms, and ServiceNow workflows in offices, warehouses, and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of onsite deskside IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced knowledge of modern computer hardware, wired/wireless networking, IP phones, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and macOS.
• Experience configuring and maintaining laptops/desktops in an enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with remote peers.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing more than 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize daily work from Worldwide Service Desk issues.
• Own incidents/service requests through resolution and coordinate escalations.
• Provide rapid onsite support to corporate offices and across locations.
• Support laptops, desktops, and Microsoft M365 applications.
• Perform user and endpoint administration in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and M365.
• Coordinate and execute computer deployments, refreshes, and setups.
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset records; handle data securely.
• Document incidents, service requests, and time in ServiceNow.
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with remote and onsite support teams.
