Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to deploy and support systems for employees across offices, facilities, and distribution centers in a global enterprise. You will provide end-user support, maintain devices and software, and assist Worldwide Service Desk initiatives.

The role offers hands-on local support, with exposure to enterprise infrastructure, and opportunities to contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and after-hours on-call responses.

Qualifications

• 2‑year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year of enterprise help desk experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, handheld scanners, IP phones, printers and peripherals preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Experience with Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and with remote peers; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize daily work based on Worldwide Service Desk issues.
• Record tickets and track time in ServiceNow.
• Provide rapid-response technology support for users at distribution centers, offices, and facilities.
• Support laptops, desktops, handheld scanners, printers and other equipment.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 objects.
