Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Morristown, NJ, seeks an IT Infrastructure Operations Sr. Manager to lead global infrastructure services across multiple sites, ensuring reliable, secure, regulated operations aligned with Capsugel spin-off legacy.

You will partner with managed service providers, Site IT leaders, and executives to drive performance and continuous improvement. This senior role focuses on operational health, KPI governance, ITIL-based service management, and CSV/CFR Part 11 compliance in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading global infrastructure operations in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/healthcare).
• Experience managing global MSPs such as TCS or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ITIL processes, and CSV/CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Lead global MSPs responsible for infrastructure operations, monitoring, endpoint support, network services, and cloud operations.
• Own day-to-day operational performance, service delivery, governance, and vendor accountability.
• Drive KPI management, scorecards, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure stable operation of cloud platforms, datacenters, M365, identity, endpoint management, network, backup, and DR.
• Lead incident response, problem, change, and service restoration per ITIL.
• Collaborate with Site IT leaders across regions to support initiatives and migrations.
