Job summary

Regeneron seeks an IT Operations Leader (Senior Manager or Associate Director) to govern IT/OT infrastructure across a GxP manufacturing environment. The role entails strategic direction, governance of service delivery, and collaboration with corporate IT and automation teams to maintain robust, secure operations.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse IT Operations team, drive ITIL processes, and ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity in a fast‑growing, science‑driven company.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience, including 3+ years in FDA or similarly regulated environment (Senior Manager)
• 10+ years of progressively more responsible experience with management (Associate Director)

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure across servers, hardware, networks, and data centres.
• Define and lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture with focus on secure connectivity in industrial and enterprise environments.
• Maintain compliance with GxP, FDA, and global regulatory requirements including data integrity and DR planning.
• Manage vendors and service providers, oversee SLAs, and report on IT operations performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop a diverse IT Operations team across Helpdesk, Desktop, Server and Network
• Drive ITIL adoption, create metrics, and improve operational efficiency.
