Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Troy, NY is seeking an IT Operations Leader (Senior Manager or Associate Director) to ensure reliable operation and management of IT/OT infrastructure in our GxP manufacturing environment.

You will lead a diverse technical team, drive ITIL practices, maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance, oversee vendor performance, and partner with corporate IT and OT to align enterprise systems.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading diverse technical teams (Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, Network).
• Experience defining and deploying SLAs, metrics, and ITIL practices.

Aufgaben

• Ensure reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure across servers, networks, data centres, and assets.
• Define and lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture with focus on hyper‑converged systems and advanced networking.
• Maintain GxP, FDA, and global regulatory compliance; ensure data integrity and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure automation system standards (DeltaV/Emerson, Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley) are supported.
• Manage service providers and escalate major incidents; report on performance against SLAs.
• Collaborate with corporate IT and OT partners for seamless system integration.
• Lead and develop IT Operations team; recruit, train, and evaluate performance.
• Drive ITIL adoption and continuous improvement across IT Operations.
