Qualifications

BS/BA in IT or related field required.
8+ years in IT leadership within manufacturing or regulated environments.
Experience defining IT/OT architectures and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure and services.
Lead IT/OT architecture for hyper‑converged systems and networking.
Maintain GxP, FDA compliance and data integrity across IT/OT.
Oversee vendor/MSP performance and SLA adherence.
Develop ITIL practices, metrics and operational standards.
Manage and mentor the IT Operations team.
