Regeneron is seeking an IT Operations Leader (Senior Manager or Associate Director) to steer IT/OT infrastructure across our GxP manufacturing environment in Troy, NY. You will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with FDA regulations, manage vendors, and lead a diverse technical team to deliver reliable operations.

You will collaborate with corporate IT, automation teams, and cross-functional partners to implement ITIL practices, SLAs, disaster recovery planning, and robust security

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressively more responsible experience; 3+ years in FDA-regulated environment (Senior Manager) or 10+ years with 3+ in FDA (Associate Director).
• Experience managing IT/OT infrastructure, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure including servers, networks, and data centre operations.
• Define and lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture focusing on hyper-converged systems and secure connectivity.
• Maintain compliance with GxP, FDA, and regulatory requirements; ensure data integrity and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead ITIL adoption, SLAs, metrics, and best practices across IT Operations; mentor diverse technical team.
