Ideal candidates have 4+ years in hardware management, strong data analysis skills in Excel/Power BI, and familiarity with HAM tools like Flexera and ServiceNow.

• 4+ years in hardware management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to design, develop, and generate reports for compliance and budgeting.
• Experience with HAM tools and asset lifecycle knowledge.

• Populate and audit ServiceNow CMDB and AMDB.
• Lead a global team for uniform HAM processes across environments.
• Procure data, track hardware, warranties, contracts and financials.
• Analyze incidents/requests related to hardware assets.
• Validate data across systems of record.
• Prepare and distribute predefined and ad-hoc reports.
• Govern HAM processes and manage deployment numbers by model.
• Provide data insights for PC/iPhone/iPad replacement schedules.
• Monitor asset changes and alert stakeholders as needed.
• Investigate discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
