Job summary

Mirion Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Technician to deliver reliable IT support to end users across our regions. You will join the Field Services team and handle incidents, service requests, and onboarding tasks.

You will provide hands-on support for Windows, Microsoft 365, and devices, participate in the ticket queue, and maintain inventory across locations. Strong communication and multi-time-zone collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve end user incidents and requests via ITSM system.
• Participate in ticket queue rota and route incidents to appropriate resource.
• Provide hands-on support to employees across NA, EMEA and APAC.
• Maintain inventory records for IT hardware and equipment.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides.
• Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes for new starters or leavers.
• Support device lifecycle tasks including deployment, patching, and disposal.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives.
