Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish and govern Ryan's enterprise IT Asset Management practice in line with ITIL and ESM principles. You will own the full hardware and software asset lifecycle across Ryan's global footprint, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness, and cost control.

Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity and ESM teams to maximize value while reducing risk. The role requires IT asset management experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes accountability, data quality, and continual ITIL-based improvement.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan's business services.
• Acts as escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to align asset data with incident, change, and service workflows in Ivanti.
