Job summary

Ryan seeks an Asset Manager to govern enterprise IT Asset Management across a global footprint. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensure data accuracy, financial transparency, and audit readiness. You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and ESM teams to maximize value and reduce risk.

You will lead a small team, set standards, and drive continual improvement while ensuring asset data supports incident, change, and service workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and asset management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes accountability, data quality, and continual improvement aligned with ITIL practices.
