Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish, govern, and enhance the enterprise IT Asset Management practice in alignment with ITIL and ESM principles across Ryan's global footprint.

You will own full lifecycle management of hardware and software assets, ensuring data accuracy, financial transparency, audit readiness, and support for business services in a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT Asset Management experience in a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, including IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Service Value System concepts.
• Experience administering Ivanti Neurons and Ivanti Asset Management certifications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability and drives collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement aligned with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan's business services.
• Acts as escalation point for asset-related issues affecting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice, enabling informed decision-making and lifecycle optimization.
• Strengthens audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
• Supports Ryan's global growth by delivering scalable asset processes across regions.
