Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the global IT Asset Management function, ensuring visibility into assets across enterprise services and driving lifecycle optimization. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to maintain data quality, governance, and efficient asset workflows within Ivanti.

Ideal candidates have ITIL certification and 4–6 years in asset governance within a global environment, with strong communication and analytical skills to enable audits and cost

Qualifications

• Experience administering and operating enterprise asset management platforms (e.g., Ivanti Neurons).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global, matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices with emphasis on IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Service Value System concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes accountability, data quality, and continual improvement aligned with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice for lifecycle optimization and cost control.
• Strengthens audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
• Supports Ryan’s global growth by delivering scalable, standardized asset processes across regions.
