Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the asset management function and ensure enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets. You will guide regional teams, enforce data quality, and align asset practices with ITIL standards across the organization.

Responsibilities include governance, data analysis, and collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security to optimize asset lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance in a global enterprise.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Practice Manager or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team and drives asset governance.
• Provides guidance to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Ensures asset data supports incident, change, and financial reporting workflows.
• Promotes accountability and data quality per ITIL practices.
