Job summary

Ryan seeks an IT Asset Management leader to drive enterprise asset governance across global IT and business teams, aligning with ITIL and best practices. You will guide regional support and asset specialists to ensure accurate data and scalable processes.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to support incident, change, and service workflows using Ivanti solutions, while advancing governance and audit readiness across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core capability and collaborates with global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Ensures asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
