Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish, govern, and continuously improve its IT Asset Management practice across a global footprint. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring data accuracy, financial transparency, and audit readiness.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and ESM teams to maximize value while reducing risk, and you will lead the asset management program in alignment with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, especially IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Service Value System concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
