Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to own and improve the IT Asset Management program across its global footprint. The role focuses on data accuracy, financial transparency, and lifecycle governance of hardware and software assets.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security to maximize value, reduce risk, and support service delivery while aligning with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability.
• Ensure enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan's business services.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service workflows.
• Strengthen audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
