Job summary

Ryan LLC’s Asset Manager will lead enterprise IT Asset Management across the global footprint, aligning with ITIL and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) principles. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring data accuracy, financial transparency, audit readiness, and effective support for business services.

The role emphasizes team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and standardized asset processes to reduce risk and optimize technology investments across IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance experience in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• ITIL Foundation certification required.
• Experience administering Ivanti Neurons and asset management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern IT Asset Management as a core ESM capability.
• Ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Provide leadership to the IT Asset Management team and regional asset specialists.
• Drive data quality, audit readiness, and cost controls.
