Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish, govern, and improve the enterprise IT Asset Management practice based on ITIL and ESM principles. You will manage the full lifecycle of assets globally, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness, and cost control.

As a leader, you will guide the team, set standards, and collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security to maximize technology value while reducing risk.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise asset management platforms incl. Ivanti Neurons.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, CMDB, and service management.
• Proficiency with Ivanti tools and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team and drives ESM capabilities.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets across Ryan's footprint.
• Partners with IT, Finance, Procurement and Security to align data with workflows.
