Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in IT support or service desk.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems.
• Fluent English communication in global environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for service tickets and provide incident response and resolution.
• Perform application administration tasks including user access management.
• Monitor critical business applications and coordinate issue resolution with support teams.
• Create and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and global teams to ensure reliable operations.
