Overview

IT / Application Support Onsite in Brea, CA – Brighton Solutions is seeking an IT / Application Support professional to join our team on a contract basis in Brea, California. This onsite role supports a busy engineering services office with day-to-day technical needs ranging from computer support and printer management to application troubleshooting and user assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other office hardware
• Support users with software and application issues
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
• Maintain and manage IT inventory and documentation
• Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
• CRM support: Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
