Job summary

Intuit in Mountain View, CA is seeking a senior leader to design, scale and own the unified Global Partner Program for ISV partners, blending product, enablement, marketing and data insights to drive adoption and monetization.

You will define architecture, drive adoption strategies, manage end-to-end rollout, and own the program's economics including tiering, benefits, and partner experience, while partnering with legal, finance and GTM teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in partner program strategy, GTM operations, or non-technical product management with ISV experience.
Proven ability to design and launch a partner program from scratch and drive monetization.
Strong track record in optimizing profitability and tiered partner economics.

Responsibilities

Define program architecture, governance, and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
Lead end-to-end rollout of new features and partner onboarding across global markets.
Own partner economics, tiering, benefits, and enablement workflows with measurable impact.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Enablement, and GTM to ensure policy adherence.
Represent Intuit at industry events and drive the Partner Council's cadence and agenda.
Build API access and other foundational program benefits for ISV partners.
